This one-day event provides actors, singers, dancers and performing artists the unique opportunity to receive advice from agents, casting directors and successful actors. Over 2,000 attendees came to the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City to attend casting calls, exhibits, panels, master series, intensives and focus sessions. As the corporate event planners for this multi-faceted event, we managed the event budgets, staffing, signage, tech, food & beverage and set-up, along with providing marketing assistance.
Working with Ginger brought the operational excellence Back Stage needed to elevate its Actorfest tradeshow franchise to the next level. Our experience outsourcing to GDE and with Ginger in particular was flawless, taking a much needed weight of resource prudence off our shoulders.
