Adaptive Sports Foundation Food Tasting Event

Warriors in Motion
1st Annual Master Chef Celebration

March 26, 2014

This inaugural food tasting event at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City benefit the Adaptive Sports Foundation and Wounded Warrior Project. Chefs from Oceana to Hudson Valley Foie Gras joined Franklin Becker of The Little Beet in serving creative food to over 500 guests, including paralympians and the veterans who benefit from the Warriors in Motion program at Windham Mountain.

During the nine-month planning period, Events with Ginger & Co. handled budget and timeline development and tracking, site selection, contract negotiation and venue relations, managing the stage program and production needs, and provided a four-person on-site management team for the food tasting event.

You and your staff were a pleasure to work with. You were instrumental in helping us plan, organize and excite our largest fundraiser to date and our first in New York City. Your organization, knowledge of fundraising events and ability to be flexible with changing directions which comes with a first time event was key to the event’s success. Thank you!
