Homefirst Evening of Thanks

The Second Annual Homefirst Evening of Thanks took place at Galloping Hill Golf Course in Kenilworth, New Jersey. The event was attended by nearly 300 guests and raised over $90,000. This special evening included a cocktail hour with student violinists and a silent auction, a served dinner and program including Homefirst’s Voices of Our Youth video, remarks by the Honorary Event Chair and five honorees, and live auction of four items and the Homefirst Challenge fund-a-need campaign. Our responsibilities included running a silent auction (organizing the silent auction donations and creating the silent auction forms), managing the committee, vendors, venue and volunteers, creating the invitation, event journal, run-of-show and event planning timeline, as well as the on-site management for the event.

Homefirst worked with Events with Ginger & Co to produce our 2014 Evening of Thanks held on October 30, 2014.  Ginger and her staff managed our project very well all throughout the process.  The biweekly conference calls kept us all on track.  The event itself was a great success.  Thank you!
