Photo booths have become a must-have at galas, walks, and even conferences. Instead of the closed event photo booth that fits up to four people, photo booth vendors are now providing an “open” photo booth set-up. This works really well with a large backdrop or step-and-repeat and can include many more people in the photo.

In addition to unlimited prints with a branded photo frame, Inside Out Booth brings fun props and the equipment and wifi needed for on-the-spot uploading of photos to guests’ social media accounts. For a nominal additional fee, Inside Out Booth can print a branded backdrop and set up their frame to display it.
We have also had signs printed for guests to hold in the photo that say the event or organization hashtag or a mission-related message. Even better is a sign made with dry erase material for guests to write their own message:
Another reason we like Inside Out Booth is their willingness to work with us on creative pricing strategies for our non-profit clients. For instance, at last year’s Light the Night Walks, Inside Out Booth agreed to dismiss their contract clause requiring a tent in order to help the organization save on expenses.
By working with Inside Out Booth again on this year’s upcoming Walks, we are able to review previous scenarios and tweak logistics from there. We’re excited to add the social media feature and give the event photo booth activity a bigger and better presence with a tent and banner identifying it at each of the Walks.
